Scope sight in question

I've never hunted with smoke pole, only Bow or rifle. I'm shooting CVA Optima 50 Cal with 4x10x44 Konus BDC scope. My scope has BDC markers every 25 yards, starting @75 up to 250 yards. I am currently dead on bulls eye @ 100 yards.
My question is my scope has BDC lines seperating yardage in 25 yard increments 75-250 yards, should I stay ZEROED @ 100 or be 1 or 2 inches high @ 100 yards. That's my question.
All input and recommendations are greatly appreciated
Thanks..

LAST EDITED ON Sep-02-15 AT 09:50PM (MST)[p]It depends...If you want to use the BDC lines, for your scope, as designed, then do a net search for your manual and then zero it the way the manufacturer says.

ORRRRRRRRrrrr, you can zero it w/o using the BDC lines and just zero it at 100 yards.

You did not mention your load. 100 grains of powder or 150 grains?

When you google the manual, find out what the lines are calibrated for....you didn't think that the lines would work for
a Sabot launched 250 grain .429 pill, and/or a round-ball, and/or a 250 grain conical and/or a 325 grain conical. Each one of those is gonna have a dif zero and a dif trajectory....you betcha.

If they don't tell you, or if you can't find it, then zero it for 100.

We need more info.
