Howdy muzz!

Got Several of them!

The Newest is a CVA ACCURA V-2 Stainless/Camo!

I thought for many years I'd Never Buy another CVA!

Always thought they were CHEAP!

But CVA has Ponied Up & building some decent Guns!

Not a Bad Gun for the Money!

Been Shootin the Platinum 338's with 100 Grains Volume of BlackHorn 209 with CCI Magnum Primers seated on an O-Ring that FrontierGander Recommended!

Think I'm gonna Back the Powder off just a little!

85-90 Grains by Volume & Try that!

It's not shootin too Bad!

Just not as consistent as I'd like!

The Load has a Perty Good Stomp to it!

The Deer track Soup is gettin Spendy already this year!

I've Bought(And Shot most of it!) 1200.00+ of Misc SmokePole Slugs/Powders/Primers & Etc working up Loads for Different Guns!

The Gun was the Cheap part!:D:D:D

By the way, last time I was Out on the Wasatch a couple Weeks ago We bought the Last Can of BlackHorn 209 Cabela's Had & None of the Sportsmans Warehouses had any!

Not Provo,Not SLC & Not Heber!

I have bought alot of BlackHorn 209 at the Vernal Sportsman's Warehouse!

Ya the CVA is the one I was talking about.

I bought the same gun. I like it! I was curious how you were coming along with it. I got mine to shoot a 2" group with 100 gr. (volume)and the 250 barnes t-ez bullet with the smooth black sabot from harvester.

Pretty good for a one power scope and a 4" dot at 110 yards. Cross hairs covered it completely.

You should get the shim kit for the firing pin bushing and dump the o-ring.

Is the Shim Kit gonna prevent Blow-Back?

The O-Ring made it a Bunch cleaner with way less Blow-Back!

Where did you find the shim kit? I can't find one anywhere.

My Accura MR does really well with 100gr BH209, CCI209M, and Barnes TEZ 290. However, occasionally I get a primer that gets stuck in the pin bushing. It is easy enough to pop out, but still a little annoying.

The BH209 plug with the O-rings do a good job of sealing the blow-back, but I would still like to improve the head space a little.

I called cva, told them my bushing was recessed in the action and I needed the shim kit. They sent me the kit free. Make sure to watch the video on how to shim it correctly .
