National Muzzleloading Association website, go to Programs and look at LongHunter Society. Describes the program, lists measurers, etc.

Blank,

I saw the measurers...lots of pictures but could not find anything describing the program...minimums...what scoring system they follow...some listed animals...not sure if I am just missing it...

Sorry, been in Wyoming hunting speedgoats. Click on Longhunter Society and scroll down. Had all the info and minimums as links when I looked. Follows regular B&C and P&Y scoring methods. Most measurers do all three.

I found it I don't know how I missed it...wow their minimums are low.....63 for pronghorn...I think it is 67 or so for P-Y and I think thats too low... Thanks Blank I have patterned a buck in Colorado and think he is high 70's the hunt is next week which is PRRRIME time...

Great, hope you have good luck and get him. I haven't entered any for years. Have a lot of mid to upper 70's, but trying to break 80" with my muzzy is tough. Have two more tags this year, in Idaho and Wyoming. I agree, minimums with muzzy should be higher than P&Y.

Yep breaking 80 is tough...did it once with my rifle...not so interested in entry but looking for added interest in the story...

Gods luck on your hunts...Pronghorn are one of my favorites to hunt...always a fun hunt!!!
