I've got a few boxes of pre lubed buffalo ballettes that the lube has gotten a bit dry on. Anyone ever remove old lube and relubed? Can ya tell me how to go about it?
After you melt the old lube off pan lube them. Take a small tin like the Altoids tins. put SPG lube in it and melt it. Add bullets and let the bullets come up to temp with the lube. Then pull them out and sit on wax paper to cool off.
just saw this very old post, but I pan lube my projectiles. I use a modified Emmert lube, and melt it, pour it over the bullets standing in a cake pan, and after it solidifies, I push the bullets out from the back.
