I need to replace the ram rod for my CVA and have no experience other than with the factory rod. My current rod has a bent tip. Any suggestions?

Contact CVA, they have a life time warranty, they will replace it free of charge. Or at least they did with me 2 years ago.

A little late now, but my CVA rod bent as well. Check out spin jag.com their loading tips and ramrods are the best! pricey but solid

CVA ramrods are solid aluminum. What are you guys doing to bend them, or do you have the old one with the tip that extends. The new ones with palm saver shouldn't bend.

It was one of the older rods as you described.

They sell the new ones on the CVA website.
