white S91 451

I have White Super 91 in .451 cal. bought from Doc directly that has a low serial number (505) and has never been shot. What do you think - shoot it or leave it in its current condition? Thanks.

Anyone have a breechplug for it? Just learned from Doc White there may be an issue due to manufacturing issues and should replace it before shooting. Thx.

Good or bad I have a friend who is thinking of selling his two whites. The Super 91 .451 caliber has a serial number in the 300's. Is the lower number better?

FYI - In my conversations with Doc White he indicated the starting serial number on the S91 was 250 so a low 300 serial number is one of the first guns produced.

I'm not sure. I think he would be interested for $500.00 each. The Whitetail has only had a handful of shots through it. He also has a lot of accessories including bullets with them.
