This is the biggest winterkill I have found in 30 yrs of shed hunting. It's 35 in. wide and scores 211 gross. The first photo is right after I found it and the finished mount.

No, I have a good friend who is also an excellent taxidermist. He did the antlers and the mount. It was only a year old when I found it so the cracks were really small.
