Yep, it is plenty hot out in the woods, but there are plenty of antlers out there if you keep looking.

Together and posed. The "smaller" 7-pt. matches the extra antler from the day posted up above making a 372 set. (Yep, checked a couple of times; that's what it tapes. I don't unmeasure for deductions.)

Looks like you had a great day finding them. I'll bet not many people are looking for bone on hot days like these. They are much easier to find when their white and way less competition.
 
Thanks. Easier happens in the spring when the more easily found antlers get found by the masses. This time of year you have to go further and over a few more ridges than in the spring. Some are still this year's and somewhat brown if you're fortunate and some, well, if you get to the right spot, the color doesn't much matter.
