Court date is January 5th, 2015. 2 people have been charged with felonies and misdemeanors. I'm sure there will be a post once the court process is through.

I think they defended the concept of innocent until proven guilty. But in reality, its possible to be guilty without ever being proven guilty. Most familiar with the buck knew there where never witness events of that deer outside off town, And when a friend tells you something, you tend to believe him. They were deceived by him, because they trusted him. It just took time to gather enough evidence that he could no longer lie his way out.
