Went out to one of my favorite areas for a lengthy antler hunt...with decent results! I found 8 sheds, all right sides. I thought the 5 pt. was pretty unique...had a total of 7 brow tine points!
Oh yeah, the other antlers pushed my total for the year to 93!

I'm now wondering if the four-pt. I found is the same buck as the 5 pt., only a year prior? Found pretty close in proximity of each other. I noted similiarities on the photo.

I thought that when I first saw them, if they are different years i would say they are quite likely the same buck.

Nice finds! On the 2 sheds that you think might be the same buck look at the burrs. Their like a finger print, if the burrs have the same shape and stick out about the same distance then it's probably the same buck.

That's a sweet 5pnt shed. At first glance I thought it was the same shed.

'Rooster: I did, just last week...116 and counting!! Oh, and I lucked into my FIRST decent elk shed of the YEAR in October (not very good at elk antler hunting, am I? ;-) )
