I've found a few fresh deer sheds in NM as early as first week of March. That was southern NM. Guess they would drop a little earlier the further north you go in NM. Good find.

I've been seeing six bucks hanging together since January.
Last week two had shed out, two had shed one side.
Saw them this morning. One had one side, the others had shed both. These are all 160 and up.
Also saw another buck with a few does that had both sides.
Saw three Bulls monday with all antlers intact. One was 280ish the others smaller. Have seen Bulls with both antlers first week of May in past years.
This is northwest NM.
Nice find.
