I may not be your average shed hunter..finding ANYTHING, or just being "out there" makes my day.I decided to go to one of my favorite places where I'd seen a few nice bucks hanging out all winter. I know it's early, but most of the snow is gone away, and ground is already thawing and drying out there. I was pretty jacked to see about four of the guys like this one still packing, and although they are "whities", I found a match!(LOL).AND the unusual 2 point with which looks like a 20-inch brow tine! Shed hunting...always and adventure!

nice pic. that deer looks healthy, is it just the lighting or are those antlers very dark for a desert buck,(almost black?) Anyway you had a great day i cant wait for snow to melt and mud to dry up so i can get out bout two to three weeks i guess?

Nice finds and nice whitetail.
If you want to PM me his coordinates I will gladly check in on him come bow season lol!

Not a whitetail...Nevada Area 231, somewhere east of Pioche...good luck finding him, he's been hanging out all winter!;-)

His antler coloration no different than any of the other bucks in the neighborhood, so probably the lighting. I think this is him on a different day...I had just finished watching him skirmish with another buck and was trying to get a good pic, and he obliged!
