So now that the prices have crashed

If antler prices go down to 5 or 6 $$s a pound for brown. Will you still shed hunt as much as you have the last few years? Or not at all? Or are you like me and love it way to much to stop.

Happy Memorial Day and thanks to all who served our country!

I love finding them way to much, the chunk of cash I get for selling what I do has no bearing on the amount of time I will spend looking for them. I also wont be selling anything I find if it drops that low, I can stock pile for a few years and see if it goes up. But either way it wont stop me from hitting the hills every spring.

I'll be dirt temp before I stop picking up sheds. BTW, I thought the Asian market was basically for chalk, junk and anything else not used for dog bone or craft. If true, seems like it wouldn't affect the price for A and B bone.????

I have never sold an antler and never will. However it isn't like I have piles around my property like some of you do :)

I don't shed hunt for money. I shed hunt because I like it.

I sell a pile every few years to make room for more. :)

I never said I would sell but after a couple moves it was a pain in the butt. So after selling 5 truck loads I kept my favorite/biggest sheds.... I couldnt keep on saving all the small 5 point elk sheds and chalked up horns.

the money I made I bought new binos to spot antlers better and another pack mule to carry sheds out.
