brownies?

Been doing pretty well here in western Wyoming. For my first year living here I really havent came across many other shed hunters.

I found a nice 85" 4 point with a 3" cheater on Jan 14th laying in the ditch on dry piney road. Walked around for 5 hours and found 3 more browns but not the match.

Did get a nice 170 class set on the mesa. I love my job!

Pretty ballsy making that statement seeing how the shed hunt dont open in western wy till may 1st!

Judging by the number of posts, and the blatant omission of guilt, i'd say that these two know each other and started this post just to get reactions. Be a good way to get a visit from a warden.

Actually I've only recently got a user name with the site I've been a Visitor for years, I'm used to no season restrictions on sheds given where I live in Wyoming... the continental divide rule doesn't effect me...

Do you guys ever speed on purpose? I do. I even drive after a couple beers. Im no saint.

I shed hunt. Get over it. I recognize no shed season.

31 browns for the year and two dead heads. Its going to be a banger year!

Shed antler hunting is still restricted in many areas of Wyoming, and Wyoming Game and Fish Department is actively enforcing trespassing rules. Wyoming?s shed antler law prohibits the collection of shed antlers and horns from January 1 through April 30 on public lands west of the Continental Divide, excluding the Great Divide Basin, and up to May 15 on some habitat management areas.

looks like private land is legal.

My question is are walk in areas enforced by game and fish? well Walk in areas are private land that are legal to hunt on legal hunting dates with some restrictions like no bird hunting. Land owners let the public hunt during legal hunt dates. So if a guy gets permission to horn hunt on walk in areas then I assume its legal. I horn hunt several walk In areas that landowners let me and some landowners do say no. Most that let me have a few demands such as report livestock kills from mountain lions.

The snow has been playing havoc with me this year. Maybe 12/15 sheds and one horse dead head.

I'm guessing these two dudes are doing some fishing to see who will bite, I call bs on either of them hunting sheds, just internet badasses ?

You guessed wrong cooper, I'll post some pics for ya soon as I put some boot tracks down. I obey the law unlike faultcurrent.

nice one gauge!

Hit 50 brown for the year today.

May drive north for some elk by jackson. Just gotta do a little more research. Hope to beat the may 1 rush...

He must not know the authorities can trace an i.p. address right to him from his posts. hahahaha i really hope you get it with no lube!

The best part about it is hardly anyone takes notice or replies. If you feed a stray cat....
