The"Hunt" is on

I've been worried about it being too soon to get "out there", but I went to one of my favorite places, where most of the snow is gone, and the country is pretty much drying out. Although they were all "whities", it was a good day afield, and the one right side 4pt. had a little character, with a 4 inch kicker and a 2 inch dropper.

I'm really too much of a random and lucky shed hunter. Been out bustin' butt trying to find at least one match to those I found on my first hike...and this is about the extent of what I came up with! It's all about the trying, though. Seems I find at least ONE "roadside shed" every year, too. (I must have passed this dandy dozens of times last year and this...it's a "whitey")
