Shed hunting

I am planning on taking my 10 year old boy out shed hunting for his first time. I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right vicinity as to where I could start looking? I realize it is a little early but I want to get him out in the woods with me.

Awesome getting the kids out shed hunting. It's unlikely that you will get much of a response on shed hunting spots or even big giant general areas.. Where are you from? You can message me and if I can help with basic info I will.
