Indian Artifact??? How old???

Was out shed hunting and came across this hanging on a little tree limb. What do you all make of it. While walking along I looked up and saw a bigger piece of red cloth hanging in a tree and then I saw this hanging there. It looks like some sort of Indian artifact, but don't know what it could be. There is some beads that look like bone and are painted on as well as some kind of thing that reminds me of a dreamcatcher made out of grass wrapped around something in a circle as well as a pouch of something wrapped up and tied to it. What do you all think it might be. How old do you think it is?

I'm not indian enough to know but my daughter found something similar on a tree in the mountains camping once. I told her to put it back because she said she didn't feel right about it for some reason. I think it has something to do with a death in the family. Could be totally off but I didn't want to do any disrespect. I'd be curious to hear what the truth of it is...

I would take those items right back where you found them. Could be bad medicine. Wait until the draw results are posted before you collect that stuff.??

I hang those all over.

When they disappear I can know that someone has been to my shed hunting spot.

Found it about 15 years ago . The place is now private property and someone's back yard. Cannot access the area now.

It doesn't look all that old to me but you could do a little research to find out why it was there..

And I LOVE the idea of hanging stuff in trees to know if someone has been through your shed hunting spots! I'm going to start doing that! HA
