i know its been posted before but lets hear it. myelf, since i live in flagstaff and we are at 7,000 feet, i run 1.5 miles or so 3 times a week. the best part about the run, is the last 500 yards or around there is up a steep hill and i hit it with all i have. i just keep those 2 120" bucks that are a mile away with ight fading fast and dad and i hoofin it over there in my mind as my motavation.(knowing the ladies like a slimmer looking man also helps, but until after november the coues cme first, call me crazy)

Because good coues deer hunters are fat and out of shape because they spend all their time in the shade somewhere glassing. I am working on getting into "fighting" weight right now, hopefully by the time my October coues hunt comes around I will be pushing 275 or maybe even 300. Just a few more ice cream cones and a little more fried food and then I should be content to spend the entire season sitting in the shade glassing somewhere.

hey bullwidgeon, back off on that 275 stuff. some of us are big boned. i get in shape by gettin' my horse in shape and watchin' the huntin' channel.

I just bought one of those grip enhancers. The one that looks like the clamp on jumper cables. By the time hunting season comes, I'll be able to work the throttle on my quad all day long without tiring.

I just got done sitting for 4 hours covered in honey getting in shape for the buzzzzzzzzzzzz sound of the bugs flying in my ears while I am glassing........I am trying to overcome the extreme anger I have with the bugs flying in my ears screwing up my concentration...........LOL... Thanks, Allen Taylor......
