Sheesh, I just found out I've drawn 23. Looks like I'll be going south again for Christmas!

Oh, and did I also mention the 6A muzzy elk tag I got? WOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!

congrats Predator: I am sure there will be some others with some great tags. I struck out again for the second year in a row......ZERO tags...... Thanks, Allen Taylor......

Congratulations to you and all that will be hunting Coues.

Nothing for me here in AZ.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-19-05 AT 10:15PM (MST)[p]Yah, RR, I'm nervous already. From what I've learned, not being on one in AZ is about impossible......I just need to find a partner so's when I wreck again someone can tell my folks what happened!

BURA NUT,

Allen, your not greasing the palms of F&G whats the matter? Slip them an extra c-note next time. Sorry to hear this, what are you going to do now?

KWH: I was fortunate to get a landowner tag in CO. unit 61 so I hopefully kill a monster muley. I am looking forward to this hunt but it is really discouraging having only drawn 2 early season coues tags and nothing else in 8 years living here.........Always next year......... Allen Taylor......

Bura, I know the feeling. The 6A tag is only my third any bull tag EVER. And the other two were in Wyoming.

I'm about 45 years behind in bonus points in my own state to hunt big bulls. In the meantime, spikes and cows taste pretty darn good. I'd like to try some horn soup, though.

Don't feel to bad Allen, We also hit caca for AZ. I guess J- and I will be spending many days in the Burros. he he

I might try to get a Mexico thing going. How much was your LO tag for CO?

I got the late 24A tag! I'm stoked for my only draw tag this year. It was my second choice, first 22. I shot a 85" buck in '02 in unit 22, so this year I'm hoping for a better one. I can't wait to get up there and start scouting. Might even bowhunt up there to scout it out.
