tough hunt, but went 2/2

well, the hunt was tough for my dad and i but we did find 2 bucks. we saw very few deer and only 3 bucks. 2 of those 3 bucks hit the ground. my dad shot his buck opening morning running. he is a pretty decent fork. i shot mine the last evening of the hunt and he is a spike. we will not be putting in for this hunt again as i was dissappointed with it but i am glad we were able to tag out.

i hit one on the last day but i couldnt find her

i think i hit her above the shoulder but below the spine. she was 1/4ing away.

Why do you say the hunt was hard First? Weather too warm or deer few in numbers?btpatriot

bt, both, it was warm and we saw hardly any deer. we were in a spot we know holds deer. we saw 3 bucks during the whole hunt and 2 of them hit the ground. i think the most deer we ever saw in one "hunt" was about 12 compared to 20+ usually.
