My brother in law and I are headed to 36c for the second hunt in Nov. It's going to be a great hunt.

36A. I usually hunt the south end of the Sierritas. It looks like I may be alone this year so if any fellow 36Aa hunters sees solo hunter in a gold ford set camp up near you it's for safety reasons. Good luck to all.

I'll be in 33 for the November hunt. Hunted there for the Junior hunt with my son. He passed on several spikes and a small 3 point in velvet on the first day. Wish he would have shot the 3 point. Coues are beautiful in velvet. I couldn't believe that some of the bigger bucks were still in velvet. He got on some bigger bucks later in the hunt but just couldn't close the deal. There were lots of rattlers out also. Ran into three of them in one canyon. They warned us ever time. Good thing!!! I hate snakes. Good luck to everyone!!!

How did your unit 22 wt hunt go? My two daughters have the late 22 hunt and I was curious how things went for the early hunt.
