Manny, have you ever heard of a place near Yreka called Cram Gulch ? They have 260 acres for sale but I'd like to know more about it before I drive all the way up there, thank's Bill
I live a couple of miles from cram,I think the land for sale is at the top of the gulch,Im not positive but if your still interested id be willing to find out for you. KT.
KT thanks, I'm not sure how interested I really am, but I would appreciate any info such as where is it located ?, deer,turkeys and such, have you hunted that gulch ? I generally hunt near Mcdoel off schoolhouse road, Bill
Sorry about not getting back to you sooner ive been out of town working.I called the realestate offices and the only thing i came up with was 235 acres up there.We took a drive up the gulch the land is towards the top of the gulch,but not on the side i thought.lots of blue brush,some juniper,and completely surounded by privite property.As for hunting ive hunted this area all my life,the turkeys are west of there thats were you get into more oaks and pine.The deer are mainly down lower were there is no hunting allowed.The gulch is about 5 miles south of yreka on the west side of I5.Sorry about the delay.Kevin.
