Those are couple of preety good bucks JR, thanks for posting them. A-zone has been open for awhile and Harry bagged one the first day!

Hey JR, You live here in Scott Valley??
Those oaks and alfalfa fields look awfully
familiar?? I live 1/2 way between Etna and Ft.jones.

SISQHUNTER< Man I wish i did live in the Scott valley, but unfortunately I dont.Im a little further to the west than that were its cool and fogggy this time of the year.

OK you're a coastal guy, That's ok. Another couple weeks and i'll take a ride out on the eastside of the valley and get some pics of some real bigguns. You probably know where i mean.
By the way , you a fisherman?? I'm an avid steelheader. I like to fish steelhead as much as i like to hunt bucks.

I hit the steelhead and salmon pretty hard but not until i get some buck blood in the back of the truck!!!Do you hit the smith very often ? thats where I usually spend most of my time chasing metalheads and kings.

Nice pictures! I live in Eureka, next to the "eelgrass" beds in Humboldt bay.

I've already heard rumors of fish dying on the Klamath this year. It's supposed to be a poor run of salmon on top of that. I usually fish for winter steelhead on the Eel and Van Duzen. Catch and release.

Good luck hunting and fishing this season!

Steve
