Got Pictures on disk & E-mail how do I post them here.

Ok fellows I got the pictures on a disk and on my e-mail,now how do I get them from there to here to post?

I'm really sorry guys but I'm totally computer retarded.

I appreciate all your help and paitenance. One of these days I might get a digital camera and maybe that will make it easier for you and me.

right click on the pic and save it to "my pictures"
from there you can upload it to here as an attachment(size may be an issue) or you can upload it photobucket(automatically resizes it but you need an account...it's free), then upload onto here from there.
or you can e-mail them to me and i'll post them for you
