Slide: I believe that your buck will make the min for B&C blacktail. It is definitely a great specimen. Congratulations.

I think he will make the 135" minimum as well.

Geez Slide! That is one fantastic blacktail! Combine that with the hunt you described, and you have a buck of a lifetime! Congratulations one more time, and thanks for taking the time to post the pictures.

I will not go as far as naming a specific location as to where the deer was taken but I will say this, it was taken West of I-5 in Southern Oregon.

If that buck was taken near the Biscuit fire then somebody pass me the gravy!!! I know...I know...pretty corny. I just had to say it!! Helluva nice buck Slide!

If Mt. Ashland is in Jackson County then you are correct.
The deer was taken the second weekend of season in Southern Oregon, during the Western General Deer season.
