I've been working on him with finding antlers but I guess I should start him on 'fowl. We just went for a walk and decided to play by the river for a minute. He definitely prefers using his eyes over his nose. Can anyone help with this? When we got to the river we jumped several ducks and I was wishing I checked the season dates and if it was open I had my tags/shotgun. It's been a few years since I bird hunted but if he enjoyed it I'd do it again. He loves working/pleasing, has a great drive and is too smart for his own good!
