LAST EDITED ON May-31-12 AT 12:14PM (MST)[p]I ran up to Wyoming yesterday to shoot a few photos. These are just a few of the many I shot. I plan to spend quite a bit of time up there this summer so hopefully I can post a few later too.

I got up early and walked the dogs yesterday morning, getting very little sleep, then the drive, then the sit, then the drive home and this lady lope pretty well says in her expression, how I felt last night.

At this time of year, the antelope are pretty shabby looking, but that's what makes it so great to shoot photos at this time.

I had these two bucks heading straight towards me. I found this photo quite interesting. Look at all the ears, legs, horns, hooves and bodies. Kind of a weird but neat photo I thought.

As this little buck was walking away, a horned lark flew up and scared him just as I was trigging the shutter.

Who knows their raptors? This one landed less than 10 yards away, in the grass, but the wind was blowing so hard and moving the grass so much, that it was hard to get a decent photo. I did like this one. Again, anyone know the name of this bird?

And last but not least, is this ole doe who is about ready to pop and give birth to her fawn/fawns, to insure I will have some new antelope to photograph again next year.

Have a good one. BB

What type of camera are you using? Looking for a good outdoor camera. Thanks

Great photos. Never saw antelope look so ruff. I mostly seen them up close during hunting season thanks
