I'm finally seeing fawns here in South Texas. I found this little guy trying to hide from me this evening.

This buck was curious and practically begging to have his photo taken...funny how they wise up come hunting season.

It' good to see some green in S. Texas. I lived in Mathis for 11 years. Nice catchlight in the buck's eyes.
