I had the pleasure of traveling to Colorado at the beginning of the month to photograph the changing colors of the aspens and oaks. I was able to visit a few icons like Maroon Bells and Crystal Mill, and also enjoyed taking telephoto landscapes after a few snowfalls.

Love that photo of Bryce Canyon in 12 for 12. Bryce is a tough place to capture. I like how you flattened the depth to enhance the vertical aspect of the photo.

I like the contrast of the fresh snow and the golden aspens. Great series.
