How hard they to finish and are they a saving after you get done buying all the part for the insides.
I jumped in so I guess I will find out. LOL

Ha, we'll you're in I guess.

As for how hard to finish I would say easy but I'm a machinist with access to a shop full of tools, milling machine and so forth. But from what I can see a person with a bit of know how and access to a drillpress could accomplish it pretty easily.

Pricing depends on what you paid and how cheap and easily you can get a receiver that is finished.

Most do it because the end result is "off book" and some say that makes them worth more to them.

I own a jig to finish AR's, but I keep getting my tin foil hat cought in the drill press, hint. (buy them ready to go)

Picked up the TG and bolts for them, Just need V-block, screws, and buffer pins.
Hope they ship before this fall. LOL
On the list at rimfirecentral.com for the jig.
Great site lots of information on It.
Thanks Beanman for the site.
