No it's not an emergency. Just feels like it. Is there anyone that is willing to give up a pound of Varget? This is ridiculous that you can't find powder. I will pay or trade for it. It would be much appreciated!

It's going to have to be someone close enough to you for a face to face exchange. Very tough restrictions on shipping powder, sender has to have a special license last I heard and haz-mat fees required.

I'm in Mayfield (Central, Utah). I make it up to Utah County and down south to St. George occasionally.
