LAST EDITED ON Jan-10-15 AT 12:31PM (MST)[p]On average, how many times are you able to reload each brass casing before you start having problems with the cases?

neck or full length sizing? how hot are your loads?

The 270 isn't any harder on brass than most cartridges, I load 3-4 times and toss them. but I full length size and load hot , because I have 3 270's and I don't want to keep brass seperate.

If you just neck size you can get double that.

Stay thirsty my friends

Once i got rid of the few cases that developed expanded primer pockets from our aggressive loading development process, i haven't had any problems with the brass at all. Routine case maintenance is your friend.

If you're only loading them for one (1) gun, do a mild shoulder-bump, trim and chamfer before needed, watch the primer pockets for pressure stretch, you should be good for up to 10+/- times... providing proper case maintenance is used every time.
