Does an InterArms Mark X long action mauser have the same hole/bolt alignment as a Charles Daley mauser? I cannot find a stock for the Interarms, but found a company that builds the CD mauser and they said they think it does.Amy help please is much appreciated.
Thanks...

They should be the same if CD kept to the commercial Mauser specs. The Mark X Mauser action and the Belgium FN Mauser action will use the same stock.

The Interarms Mark x mauser is the same gun Charles Daly imported. They have been imported by several different companies over the years. So yes.

I had an Interarms in 270win that was awful....chamber was so sloppy that once fired shells could not be reloaded...they expanded so much the sizer could not take in a shell half way.....hope all Interarms are not like that....I was lucky to return it to dealer.....and get a Remington...

My dad handed this rifle down to me.Its a 30-06 and cycles fine . tho it's had very few shots fired thru it.I just wanted to change the stock with a thumbhole...Nice little project rifle ,i ll post pics once Im finished with it...

I got a Mark X, 7mm RM, in a pawn shop in about 1990. It is accurate and cycles well. I glass bedded it and added Timney trigger. Its a keeper!

Yep Interarms mausers are junk. Please pass this information along to everyone that you know. The last thing we need are people buying them and running the prices up.

To be honest with you, Interarms mausers are an excellent rifle and built better than most of the new stuff out there today. If you want a real gem find an Interarms Whitworth, they were finished in England and are a classic safari rifle you can still find for under $1,000; They are getting harder to find because there are enough guys out there that know what they are and gobble them up.

They really are JUNK!
Please send them all to me so I can put you out of your misery (and build some cool rifles)!

Had one , gave it to my boy, 7mm rem , he still shoots it , It flat shoots , cycles ,etc ,would have never parted with it but the tradition continues,
