Would anyone care to scribe a short note with their personal opinion about the CVA Accura V2 black powder rifle? thinking of buying one and would like to receive a review or three. Thank you, Cow Tag

LAST EDITED ON Jul-23-16 AT 03:59PM (MST)[p]Awesome is all I can say about mine.
Very accurate, light, easy to clean and very comfortable to shoot.Great trigger and recoil pad right out of the box.

Mine likes Honady SST and Barnes TMZ sabots.

With the recent mounting of a 3x9 scope mine is showing me groups of three shots under two inches at 200 yards-no kidding.

Bean Man, Fred, I am going to find out the answer to your question very soon. Yesterday, I purchased a new CVA Accura V2 M.L. rifle in .50 caliber. open sights with the new nitrite finish/coating and a regular camo stock/forearm. I plan on using Black Horn powder; the Federal 209 hot primer; and the Federal sort of new copper bullets. the Federal bullets come in 350 grain and all I have here at present is 270 grain and I will do some target practicing with the lighter weight Federals then switch to the 350's. I like the feel to the Accura. Will read the instructions about adjusting the trigger pull after I do a little practicing with the weapon. Will keep you informed as to my progress. Two friends own that very rifle and I had the pleasure of mounting scopes on both and sighting them both in for them.

Fine shooting little irons for sure!

One was 100 volumetric charge of BH209 with Hornady 250 something w/sabots.

The other was 3 pellets of 777 with 245 powerbelts.

Both shot closer to 1.5" than 2" and both owners were pleased. We didn't shoot any conicals.
