Factory Ammo Suggestions

I have a Mule Deer Rut Hunt coming up and no time to reload after shooting all but 16 reloads. I am considering buying some factory ammo. The gun: a Rem 700 XCR 25-06 factory action and barrel. Any suggestions on good quality factory ammo? I have been watching for the Nosler Custom's in 110 Accubond (for years) but as their sales department confirmed, they have not produced any since 2013 and may not for a couple more years. ("Empty shelves mean lost sales")
Has anyone used the HSM VLD "Gold" ammo? I am leaning toward 115 to 117 gr ammo because shots will tend to be longer in the open high desert area. Your thoughts and experience are greatly appreciated.

So do you have 16 rounds of your reloads still? That's plenty to hunt with IMO.
The HSM ammo is pretty good. Just depends on if your rifle likes it. I'd also look at some of the double tap or even the federal or nosler ammo loaded with the 115 ballistic tips.

You might look at the Hornaday Superformance ammo. I used some in my Rem 700 25-06 the last time i had a hunt and no time to reload. Deer never took a step

The reason I am nervous with 16 rounds is I am changing my zero point to 300 yards and I want to put in some more practice time. I appreciate your input, I did look at the Hornady Superperformance. I have decided to make the time and will be loading up some more 115 gr. Noslers and get some additional practice in. I only plan on needing one shot and this will put my mind at ease. This is pretty much my "once in a lifetime hunt" and I want to be prepared and make the most of it.

Just remember with a 300 yard zero you will be about 3.7" high at 100 and 4.5" at 150.
Just curious what tag do you have?

Be careful about your mid-range trajectory.
Of course do what you want but I'd keep the MRT closer to 3.5" max above line of sight and dope a bit for a 300 yard shot and beyond.
The only critter that still haunts me is a 200 yard shot on a coues deer. +4" was just too much above LOS and I didn't remember to hold low for the close shot. Much easier for me to dope hold-over than aim low!

I would zero at 200 or 250. Do you know the velocity of your load? Run the numbers through a program like JBM and figure your drops.
