Veracity vs VX-5HD

I have always shot Leupold, but need a new scope for a new rifle and can't decide between the Veracity 3-15 30mm tube 50mm objective and the VX-5HD 3-15 30mm tube 44mm objective

Reviews are about the same, price for the Veracity is about $200 less, or could get a 5-25 Veracity for the same money as the Leupold

Anyone in MM land have any advice they would share?

I own 2 veracity scopes, they are a really great crossover tactical/hunting scope. Really good value. I also have my eye on a 3-15*56 vx5.

If you are going to be doing a lot of dialing, I'd go with the Burris. If it's more of a set it and forget it, occasion dial, I'd go Leupold.

I have the veracity 3-15 FFP and love it. Would buy another for sure
