Been following MM for years and am making my first post.

I realize the folks that hang around here must have thick skin to last. Which is totally fine with me. You can't take everything serious on the net.

But on a serious note. What are folks opinions of these arrows?

I have a 29" draw and looking at getting some. I have never seen these paired up with blazers either. Would that combo of a heavy arrow and small fletchings work?

I love them. Just about the heaviest smallest diameter arrow without adding inserts out there. I shoot them with blazer vanes, very accurate arrow so long as you get the correct spine. Stiffer is better and heavier too.

Outside of that the only issue I have had is they don't seem to be able to hold a side load very well. I have had pass-through shots on deer with the arrow sticking out both sides and found the shaft inside the deer busted off flush on each side of him from where he ran through the brush. The arrow did its job but I do wish it was a little more robust. They are expensive and I lost a couple of good broadheads when the shaft was snapped off too.

BTW, welcome aboard!

I shoot them also and with blazer vanes. They are a very good arrow. I also have shot PSE carbons. I honestly dont think the FMJ is worth the price difference. Once I have shot my FMJ's to pieces I will go back to the PSE carbons. They work every bit as well for me and are alot less money.

They are fantastic arrows. You can't go wrong with an FMJ. I shot the FMJs for years before they came out with the inejexions

Which PSE arrows are you shooting? How much cheaper are they than FMJs?

Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it. Hopefully I get some pics to post up this fall on how well they work on game.

I REALLY LIKE THE TOUGHNESS OF THE FMJ, STILL SHOOTING THE ORIGINAL DOZEN I BOUGHT 18 MONTHS AGO. THEY ALSO PULL OUT OF TARGETS A LOT EASIER THAN THE CARBONS DO...A LOT EASIER !!!!...................YD.

I had some once and yes they will fly with blazer vanes just fine. In the end tho, they just weren't tough enough for me. ymmv

Shot them last season. They are great arrows and are very consistent. As much as I like there performance I do not like there durability. Strangely three arrows that went thru one elk and two deer were bent when recovered. if that doesn't bother you I would give them a try. I use Blazers and Fletch Flex Flash vanes (another 2") on them with good results.

These arrows are tough, deadly accurate, and hit very hard.

I have never not got a pass through with them.

They are the only arrows Ill shoot.

Awesome arrows. I started shooting them 3 years ago and LOVE them. Penetrate like a beast. Blazers work great on them and the fly good. I will stick with this arrow for a VERY long time.
