Which bow?

I am debating between a Hoyt Spider 34 or a Mathews Heli-M. I have shot them both and like how they both shoot. I have a 30" draw and the dealer says that the longer axle to axle bow is better for my draw length.

Does anyone have any imput on either one of these bows?

Thanks

No comment on the bows but the dealers right about bow length, imo. I draw 29" and find I shoot the best with 32" to 33" bows.

The bow I have now is 35" axle to axle. It seems that most bows are 30" and not very many that are longer.I shoot a Browning and I am ready to upgrade and use mine as a spare. Let's here everyone's comments on different bows.

I like longer ATA. I'm shooting a Hoyt Vector 35 right now. The bow I shot the best ever was a Mathews MQ1 it was 36" ATA I think, and around 7.5" brace height.

Spyder 34

I bought a new Spyder 34 last November, and ever since then I have been in love with it! I shoot a much tighter group now also! I love having the longer axle to axle, especially with my 30" draw. I shot a lot of different bows when I was deciding which bow to get, and I thought the Spyder shot the best out of all the ones I tested.

Spyder 34 is my opinion.

RE: Spyder 34

Both are great bows!
Make sure to try out an Elite Answer as well, one nice thing about them is they have a lifetime transferable warranty. And are about the smoothest drawing bows out there.
That new bowtech insanity and also PSE Evo are some great shooting bows as well. You can't go wrong with any of them really, you just need to shoot them all and decide what you like.
Myself I go and shoot them all and then watch the classifieds on archery talk and get them for almost 1/2 price!

Thanks for the replies. I think that after shooting the Spyder again, I have made up my mind. I can't believe how great the release is on this bow. I didn't feel any jerk when the arrow released. This is a smooth shooting bow. I don't know why it has taken me so long to update to the new technology from my Browning.

Now I am just waiting for the right price. I have been watching Archery Talk and trying to decide if it is worth the savings to not have the warranty. I like the warranty that Hoyt bows have if I buy new.
