Sure Loc or Black Gold Ascent?

I currently have a 5 pin sure loc slider? But I feel the pins aren't bright enough? I've read a lot of good reviews on the black gold? Any suggestions? And if I decided to sell the sure loc, what's a reasonable price? Help me out. I'm new to the forum.

Black Gold sights are very bright and will serve you well. Quite honestly, I believe they are the best hunting sight out there. They are built solid, have a photo chromatic pin cover to ensure the brightness stays constant, can be custom built, and has the BEST customer service and warranty in the business.

I have a SureLoc on my back up bow and a Black gold ascent on my new bow. Both are great sights.
Although I have never had problems in the field, I am constantly worrying about the SureLoc. I am not kind to my equipment at all. Strapping it to my pack, dragging it through the brush, falling down (all the time), I cringe and hope the sight survives. 5 years using SureLoc without a single problem and I still second guess my pins.
The black gold is as tough as they come. I don't worry about the sight at all.
Two downsides; the black gold is much heavier, and it requires more movement to adjust the range.

You will do fine with either sight.

+1 on the BlackGold...brightest pins on the market IMO. Top quality Mfg and warranty. If you hunt a lot of dark timber or low light conditions. You can't beat the BlackGold fiber optic technology. I had an elk two years ago at full draw...could see the pins perfectly but it was dark enough barely could make out the elk. No shot.....but could see the pins :)
