Bow fishing rig

I'm looking at getting a bow fishing rig, wondering if there is anything in particular that I should look for?

What can I expect to spend? Etc......

It is all a matter of personal preference just as is anything these days. I am assuming you already have a bow. As far as a reel or retriever its up to you. I prefer a reel to a retriever bottle but nothing wrong with either. Reels are cheaper but will not last as long as a bottle retriever. You really should be able to get set up for around $150-200 depending on equipment choice. I think I spent $60 bucks for a reel/bottle and came with a arrow and broadhead. got it 3 years ago and I still use it.. I just slap it on my hunting bow.
