Extended Elk

I'm trying to find some elk to hunt in the Wasatch unit, any ideas on where to go? Also has anybody hunted the Sanpete Valley unit for the extended?

I have hunted the sanpete area. Myself and 2 sons have hunted it a few times this year, we only live a mile from the boundry. We have seen a few good bulls on the private and a couple where we can hunt. The amount of other hunters in the area is high. We thought we were alone on the opening and after hiking at first light for about an hour, saw the 3 and 5 point we had been after, get nervous and walk out of the area with the 4 pick ups and 3 wheelers that showed up at the bottom of the draw they were in. With the snow today I would look at the back of white and black hills and around ephrim if I were you. Most of what we have seen is on the private. Good luck
