just picked up a new Bow tech carbon Knight I am looking for some input on arrows I have & was shooting Beeman ICS camo hunter 340s in my old bow !! that bow was only shooting around 220 FPS this bow is over 300 FPS I shot a few at the shop & they flew good any arrows I should try ??

With a bow like that shooting that fast, you could definitely go with a heavier arrow to get awesome momentum and kinetic energy and still have a flat shooting arrow.
I just switched from the Goldtip XT Hunters to the Goldtip Kinetics and they are heavier, but should hit hard and fly well and have great penetration.
Easton has great arrows in their Axis.
Carbon Express Maxima are awesome...and pricey.
But you'll want to consider as well if it will have a narrow diameter shaft, and potentially what inserts, if it will be a regular thread or a deep six, making it tougher to get some broadheads.

This is where you'll get a different answer from everyone out there. If you're looking for a good deal, dudes sell good sets with 8-10 perfect arrows for great prices, or you can pick up deals online from camofire.com and such.

Good luck

hey thanks for the input .. I was looking at those Gold tips they seem to get good reports I guess a trip to the bow shop is coming they will set me up what ever arrows I want to try & give them a test thanks again

FMJ's are awesome and hard hitting, main downside is if you're not careful pulling them out of a target you could bend them, or if you miss a target and they nail the ground. But they're penetration is suh-weet!

fmj are decent arrows. I think there is better options out there thou. most people go with the fmj because they are heavier than say the axis arrows. To me i would much rather drop the arrow spine to a stiffer shaft axis arrow. Then with the stiffer shaft you can add weight up front (with either heavier BH or brass insert) and still accomplish the same over all weight as the fmj. THis way you are putting the weight where it is uncomprised from shaft flex upon impact. ANother plus in going this route is you dont have to worry about shafts bending like you do the fmjs.

I'm a fan of Gold Tip arrows. They are affordable and tough as nails. Do some rough calculations to determine approximate KE with their different shafts and pick one based on that. I personally shoot the Velocities and get great groups with them. I almost went with a heavier shaft but I believe I'm good on KE with my current setup.

+1 a real pile driver for sure

Another vote for FMJ's.

I have shot 340 FMJs for years. I have never had one bend as is mentioned here. I've had them break/snap off in animals and had the end next to the BH or FP mushroom or break at the weak spot from the hit inserts, but have never had them bend. As mentioned, they are a really tough arrow and they are pile drivers. I added a brass insert for more FOC and the BAR collar to make the business end of the arrow stronger and I haven't had any issues. My next dozen I will use a brass insert for FOC and the Fireknock Half Out inserts. I believe with that combination it will be a superior arrow. They do pack a punch and are much easier than most carbon arrows to remove from targets.
