Tuning question

Ok I have a Bowtech prodigy set at 27" draw 68 lbs set in the #1 speed setting in the power disc, shooting 350 carbon express maxima with 100 grain tips. The bow shoots well perfect bullet holes with bare shaft and fleched shaft threw paper, but to get it to tune the nock point is 1/4" low from level. Could this be a timing issue? Bowtech advertise perfect nock travel with the overdrive binary cam. I did check timing at full draw seems on(just checked by drawing the bow and looking at cams in mirror) at full draw arrow looks level. Should this be something to worry about? Sent Bowtech emails but never got any response.

Yes, that is not right. Check your timing to make sure the stops hit at the same time. Or go back to your dealer.

Here is a update for those who are interested after trying lots of different things to get this bow to shoot, found the bow did not agree with the rest I had. Was shooting a QAD ultra rest and best we can come up with was getting some bounce back causing interference with the arrow switched to a trophy taker problem solved.
