Is it possible?

My father's dream has alwyas been to kill a Moose, however money has always been a factor. I want to make my father's dream come true, a way of saying thank you for everything he has done for me. I was wondering if it was possible to take him on a guided or semi guided hunt for Moose for around $4,000.00 in Alaska or Canada. He does not care if he kills a cow or a small bull he just wants the experience. He always took me hunting, trapping and fishing from the time I was 5 and I would really like to re-pay him.
