Expediting procedures

Kinda putting the cart before the horse, but want to be prepared nonetheless. Booked a caribou hunt for Sept and want to know how any of you have gone about getting horns/hide/meat home. Looked briefly at an airline site, but would like to hear it from those who have actually done it. BTW, booked with Brad Salssaa....anybody hunt with him in the mid-Sept timeframe?
