Today is one day closer to my moose hunt, BABY!!! Just a little over three months to go. The reservations are made and the balances are paid. I guess I will owe my company when I get back for all the time they paid me to sit and day dream, or surf the net for gear (or post on MM

). It's starting to feel more like reality than just a dream. Anybody else going this year?

I'll be heading to Kodiak in Nov for Sitka Blacktails. Kodiak survived the winter with minimal deer loss so all we need is good weather for our trip. That is our only obstacle. I'm ready. Ed F

A pissed off 10 foot Kodiak Brown Bear might present an obstacle if all you got is a bow in your hands!!

BOWUNTR, sounds like an awesome hunt. That is definately on my wish list. The scenery alone is going to be worth the trip.

LAST EDITED ON May-20-04 AT 10:39AM (MST)[p]I am heading to the kenai in mid-June. Only a month to go BABY!!!! Gonna spend 5 days floating the Russian river, and some lake systems out of Soldotna! And Going on a guided trip for kings on the kenai. Private property too, so there will be no shoulder to shoulder competition fishing!
