I got invited on a moose hunt in unit 20A. I believe it is a general public land hunt. Is there anyone that has hunted here? I was wondering if it was a good area? Any advice would be a big help!
Unit 20A is a huge area. 100 miles X 100 miles or 10,000 sq miles so its hard to say if the particular area you are going to is good or not. But there are moose to be had all over that unit so the is always a chance to get one. I'm sure you'll have a blast regardless.
Your right I would have a blast. I just wanted to make sure there were moose in the unit. It would be hard to drop 4000, and not see anything. I do understand hunting, but just wanted to hear it from some of you guys!
