They get 1300 hit's on google. Seems like a good place to do some research. I've never hunted with them myself.

CLYNT, THEY WERE ONE OF THE FIRST OUTFITS I RESEARCHED. RALPH MILLER SEEMS TO HAVE HIS FAIR SHARE OF HAPPY/ REPEAT HUNTERS. I RESEARCHED HIM FOR DALL SHEEP, BUT SOON FOUND HE COULD BE A SOLID CANIDATE FOR MOOSE/ CARIBOU AND THE LIKE. DELTANA HAS A QUALITY AREA IN THE BROOKS RANGE, MET RALPH AND HIS PARTNER AT THE FNAWS 2004/ NOT A BAD CHOICE. TAKE ER EASY. YD.

I looked there and all I could find was there adds all over no storys about people hunting with them

I would like to know because I will be headed there way on the 9th of aug for a drop camp caribou hunt

And yes I know its a little late now to ask questions but I am stoked to go and would like to hear from other hunters that have hunted with them or even some that have hunted the Brooks Range area

Thanks Again and good hunting all

Well I just got back and will say I will be headed back to alaska as soon as I can

Me and the wife had a great time there we seen lots of caribou and other wildlife

We even had a Grizz get into are camp and still some meat and that made the hunt a little more exciting ( scarry )

I was suprized to find out that a non res can purchase up to 5 caribou tags there and a res can shoot 5 caribou a day (Wow) what would someone want with 5 caibous a day? I would guess some people live of that meat there

Ralph was a great person and had a few great people around him to help

We spent 9 days about 100 miles from deadhorse AK Ralph had a camp ready for us when we got there and gave us way more food then we could ever need to live on for those 9 days mostly dried goods but suprizingly good we caught fish for lunch one afternoon (Grayling) and just had a good time getting away form all the fast pace life infact I think I caught up with 10 years of sleep there as when not hunting there was only a few things to do and sleeping was the best thing to do as after packing caribou meat in the tundra takes a tole on you the tundra was like walking ond califlower heads no support ( this we found out is hell on your legs after a few days)

Anyway like I said we had a hell of a time and seen some great country we ended u buying 2 caribou tags each and a wolf tag each but we only seen 1 wolf and could not get within range We did get 4 caribou and could have gotten more if we would have wanted to purchase more tags but I dont know what I would do with any more then 4 and did not want to pack out anything more then my camp and gear to the plane after all the packing of caribou, water and ice we did ( we was camped near a Ice Glacier and used the ice to keep the meat good)

I will say this to anyone headed that way it has been a very warm summer there and be prepared to keep your meat cool and dry but that all could change in a day there as it could get cold fast there I was told.....

Anyway thanks for all the help and good luck on your hunts in 2004

Glad you had a great hunt! Its great to get away up there. Nothing to bother you.

I'm surprised to hear it is warm. About 2-3 weeks back Aniak was having highs in the low 50s and when we hunted out of Aniak it was colder in the field than in town. But of course the weather may have changed.
