AK versus QC

We are looking into a caribou hunt, we are looking at JHA's (QC) and an assorted different outfitters/flight service in AK. One of the biggest concerns is that my dad is 65 and he is worried about the amount of distance and difficulty walking.

Have any of you hunted in either place with an older person? Easy/difficult?
He is in decent shape for his age and hunts elk/muleys with me out west but he is worried about he bog/tundra.

FYI-I would do 90% of the packing of meat.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

I did a Quebec caribou hunt in 92...it was pretty easy hunting with some steep hills that we had to climb to get up from Tunulik Lake but if my dad and some of his friends can do it then anybody and I mean anybody can do it! Awesome hunt!

mntman,
If I'd have knows you'd pack 90% of the meat, I would have been trying to hunt with you years ago!
Good luck in your search for another great hunt with your dad! Success to you both!
