I've guided in Alaska for six years, now its time for me to hunt for myself.I have a hard time finding people to go with me on trips.I'm looking to put a couple of groups together for some caribou hunting, and I need another person to go on a great self guided hunt in a high quality moose area. Anyone interested?

Tetontucker,

Shoot me an e-mail, if you would, [email protected]. I am looking to do the exact same thing and would be interested in talking to you about it some more.

Many thanks,
Corey

Hey fellas,
I should have done this when i posted this, but you can email me at [email protected],or phone me at 406-962-9075.I prefer a phone call as I dont have a chance to get near a computer everyday. Either way I will answer any Questions you might have.

Lets do it!!!!

Teton,
Shoot me an Email at [email protected] Is this going to be a do it your self hunt or are you a guide looking for clients. If you are not a guide and are looking for some more people that love the hunt and enjoy the succes of hard work let me know. Send me some hunt details: when would you like to go, location, predicted cost...... I have my self and two others that would take you up on such a deal.

where and for who have you guided? Where are you planning to do these hunts. How is it going getting your group put together?

Ive guided for Knicktuk Outfitters,Gary Grays Alsek river lodge,Len Mackler in Fairbanks, and the boys at R&R.The place I was going to moose hunt has sold out all the moose camps for this year, so I want to just do a small group for caribou, probably in 17 or 19 in early to mid Oct. The getting people interested has'nt been a problem its the getting people commited enough to send in some deposits is tough. Trips like this are'nt arranged in mid summer, the time for planning, lining up air services, travel plans, and dates, is best done right now!

Well, just my luck. I had a accident at work and I have to have ACL replacement surgery, so it looks like my Alaska hunt is going to be delayed until next year.
Thanks for all the intrest, I'll post again later and try this again next season. Good luck in all your hunting adventures!

I may be interested in doing a caribou hunt with you.
I dont know much about it, but my wife says that her mother is sending her husband (my father-in-law) and his sons (including son's-in-law) to alaska this year for Fathers-day. I dont know where or when this would take place, or what we would be doing up there. Wheather we would just be fishing or getting to hunt as well. If we are just fishing I may be interested in putting together some kind of hunt. If we could stay in contact for the next couple of weeks (till I find out more on Fathers-day) that would be great. What part of alaska are you located in?
Anyways, just an idea, got to make the most out of the trip if I really get to go.

thanks,

Jeff
